XP and Vista Style Icons


Since graphics formats are universal, our Vista Icons will work on nearly any modern operating system. There is one exception to this rule: The new Windows Vista operating system supports (new resolutions) up to 256x256 in ICO format and a special PNG compression. This is to accomodate monitors of the future that will support higher DPI's making universal screen layouts possible. If you wish to use images of this size on Windows XP, etc., any of the other file formats (GIF, JPG, BMP, etc.) will work just as well.
